What happens if my contract or month expires?

If your monthly payment or contract expires, your connection will be suspended until payment is made or the contract is renewed.

How long does installation take?

Our Installation typically takes up to 5 working days from the date of approval and payment. Our engineers reach out to you to set an appointment.

Can I relocate my fibre connection?

Yes, fibre relocation is possible. A new location survey is required, and a small relocation fee may apply.

Is Sprint internet capped?

No. All Sprint packages are uncapped and unlimited, meaning you can browse, stream, and download without worrying about data limits.
